The issue I am having is that with all these layered sounds, when you tweak one of them there are phasing issues - this would be resolved by a link function - I am sure it is there but I can't find it
There isn't any link function built in that I know of. Would be nice.

The only way around this currently is to assign the same controller to the different parameters you want to control. But I agree that a more elegant solution would be most welcome.

Also, it appears that the solo buttons for all layers do not work. What's the trick?
Same pitch issue here...
are you saying that they made the pitch drift like an out of tune 101? should i avoid v1.0.1?

It's more like the Zebra demo, i guess it's the demo timing out. http://www.d16.pl/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=2344

ohhh.. ok.. i have been behind the times since i cut my hand 2 weeks ago... thanks for clearing that up - the main reason that i want LuSH to replace my 101 is that the old analog takes 20 mins to warm - then tune by hand - then hope it doesn't drift - then anticipate drift on other octaves - hand tune accordingly.. heh..

Ay caramba !

ya - that is why i have projects where i used all my analogs and then i have entirely separate VST projects. why i have been waiting these 4 years for a digital replacement. i like to open cubase and start working - not wait 20 minutes.....

Although, I am 100% convinced that one instance of this pitch modulation has happened within several minutes of me loading/using Lush-101.

Anyway...I think Lush-101 is perfect for very characterful analog-style pads. Four layers all set up in a similar vein, but with several variations (different panning, cutoff, PWM rate, etc):

Lush-101 layer 'analog' pad
(No processing or effects of any kind).

The nice thing with this layer system is you could have a gorgeous 4 voice pad like the one Himalaya posted, then use the 5th layer as a monophonic arp that just picks out certain notes of the chord rhythmically. I tend not to use arps since I figure we're making music concrete here, why not just program the notes and have more control, but in this case, the layers and arp/gate really enourage you to try things you wouldn't normally think of.

thanks for all the replies - hopefully there is a fix or workaround. I find the same problem with the PolyAna demo I tried - messing with one of the filters puts the whole sound of of whack..
