i don't know it is by default/design, but if you have Mutes automated on a track and you solo the according rack, the mutes do show (on/off) but are not played/incorporated
i thought that soloing the rack would play everything assigned / played through that rack

In MuLab, tracks and racks are independent to each other.tiger001 wrote: Sat Aug 09, 2025 1:32 pm i don't know it is by default/design, but if you have Mutes automated on a track and you solo the according rack, the mutes do show (on/off) but are not played/incorporated

You can have multiple tracks sending to the same rack.
You can also have tracks sending to sub-modules of a rack.
The mute/solo of a track is independent from the mute/solo of a rack.
Does that clarify it?

Congratulations on Mulab 10!!! Here's to hoping M11 provides native support for Linux!!
Any chances Jo?

more important than linux would be supporting vst3 for MuLab plugin ASAP: I fear that main DAWs will remove legacy vst2 support soon...audiojunkie wrote: Tue Aug 12, 2025 6:46 pm Congratulations on Mulab 10!!! Here's to hoping M11 provides native support for Linux!!Any chances Jo?

Great news, well done Jo
Before that, VST3 needs to be fully supported to allow shell vsts. I'm stuck with having to use VST2 for several u-he plugins. I'm almost completely VST2 free, except for this.Cochrane wrote: Wed Aug 13, 2025 8:30 ammore important than linux would be supporting vst3 for MuLab plugin ASAP: I fear that main DAWs will remove legacy vst2 support soon...audiojunkie wrote: Tue Aug 12, 2025 6:46 pm Congratulations on Mulab 10!!! I don’t disagree with either of you. I thought that VST3 had already been done.
Yes, VST3 is the higher priority.
