We don't have a specific period of time for that gap at this time, but we're working hard to make it as small as possible.zakufan wrote:How far apart is it between the digital release and boxed version release?

I assume they are talking about the boxed version, as the download is slated for July still there has been no change there (and we'll be making the gap between download and boxed as small as possible). If you could please PM who your rep is so I can have our rep give them the proper information with which to help you all.BBFG# wrote:Sweetwater just sent me an ETA update.
According to them:
"IK will be releasing this upgrade on 8/1."

What can I do? I'm a fan of the quintessential "babble"murnau wrote:velocity layers are there also round-robin, full dynamic range anyway. the rest you wrote is only babbling.

*looks for "babbling brook" audio demo*
edit - though performed by Jordan Rudess, the brook wasn't babbling any more it was "raging rapids"

I'm hoping I can still take advantage of the of special pricing at the beginning of the month. I have to hold off until definitely July 1st or 2nd.

Apparently, you should be well ahead of any scheduled release.xphen0m wrote:I'm hoping I can still take advantage of the of special pricing at the beginning of the month. I have to hold off until definitely July 1st or 2nd.

I do have a question concerning the upgrade though.
Once installed, can I uninstall the STank 2 et al 32 bit software and throw it in a drawer, or will I have to keep it installed for the upgrade to run with?

In any case, I do like the drum kit! It has that dirty thunk sound.

Yes. If you'd like to import any Powered By SampleTank libraries and/or multis/combis I'd do that first then uninstall after settling in with SampleTank 3 for a bit.BBFG# wrote: Yes, it is the boxed version.
