Can I keep the browser text & background colour the way it is now (in Repro-1) ?

I gotta assume a "filter by favorites" function of some sort exists. Right? They definitely would have included that. Right? No way that wouldn't be in there. Right?

Anyway, I'm sure it's in there somewhere. Browser otherwise looks great. Getting even more excited for a speedy internal beta!

I woulda gone with a simple "Run Like Heck" but hey, that's just me being lazy.

I guess so... it's quite customisable with all sorts of elements and optional information. We'll see how it does.
Nice :-)

Yes, in the directory section. Each preset can have one of 8 favourite colours. For each of these, you can show all presets at once, e.g. all red favourites. You can however also zoom into a sub directory (any level down) and show only the favourites of any colour within that folder (and its subfolders).

It's called "Velvet" and offers more subtle distortion which is better suited for a poly synth. But as we know that JAWS is a big deal for Repro-1, we added an extra distortion *per voice* (post VCA, pre summing, hence pre fx-section) to Repro-5, as Tangerine Dream did in the 1970ies with their 5 Big Muffs hooked up on their voice-out-modded P5.

Actually most of those, if not all look like TODOs not bugs.
If you have to ask, you can't afford the answer

Can you save your custom-browser setup as a file? (for when you need to re-install your operating system)

And can you switch between different custom-browser setups?
Ah, oh.. eh.. by "customizable" I mean the options for our UI-designer and those who do 3rd party skins. It can run "as it always was", but there are also a whole lot of layout elements and other options to choose from.

71 issues = 54 done, 12 in progress, 2 todo, 3 in review.

Also note that "issue" does not equal "bug". Most things are simply feature additions (marked by [+]), some are improvements and so on. The majority of tickets/issues is in another project though (Framework upgrade to Browser 2.0).

I’m pretty sure this is going to be my favorite softsynth to date. The GUI looks perfect - a work of art! Beautifully realistic without sacrificing usability...no goofy perspective (so glad u-he never does that). The new preset manager looks exactly as I had hoped. This is going to be a big hit!

I really does look schweet.

I just wonder how easy/tedious it will be to go through presets and tag them individually. Or is there some magical u-he auto-analysis function that sorts patches for you? That would be :o

In Diva we have a few auto-tagging features (mono/poly, long attack, long release, effects on/off, that kind of stuff), but it's not an overly big help.

We do however have a very fast interface for tagging. You can have it open all the time, browse your presets and save them tagged. This is also available in Diva lready, just right-click the [save] button and select "tag this preset". This is the fastest and most comfortable interface for a power-tag session.

Of course, all Repro-1/5 presets come tagged nicely already.

Cool. So in the new browser with a preset open if we for example click the 'Aggressive' and 'Phat' tags so they are 'active' will they be auto-saved for that patch? Or do we have to save the patch after we have 'activated' a tag selection? Hehe I guess we will find out pretty soon. 8)
