Yeah you do know there are defaults/preferences in the Controller -> Settings page right?

But yeah, i agree, having it in chromatic C is probably the best to start the controller with.

Additions and changes in the last day;

Changed; [AUTO] Arrange perspective, arranger automation toggle, if in Mix or Edit perspective, toggle laucher automation.
Changed; [SHIFT + AUTO] Arrange perspective,toggle laucher automation if in Mix or Edit, arranger automation toggle.
Changed; [REC] Arrange perspective, arranger record toggle, if in Mix or Edit perspective, toggle launcher overdub.
Changed; [SHIFT + REC] Arrange perspective,toggle launcher overdub if in Mix or Edit, arranger record toggle.
Moved Controller Preferences to Per-Project basis in the I/O Panel (accent, scales etc.)
Added [Pattern] DrumView, play Bitwig's DrumMachine.
Added PlayView, notes in note lanes light up pads when playing.
Fix : MK1 template had encoder value 2 where 3 is needed.
Removed crossfader from TrackMode, added a send to make 4 sends
Added [GROUP A] assigned to MK1 as [SHIFT].
Added [F3] In TrackMode, toggles record arm for the current track.
Fix: D Group button crashed controller because it was accessing a view that doesn't exist.
Fix: Some MK1 buttons were in Toggle instead of Gate.
Fix: MK2 controller template pad 16 was in Toggle instead of Gate.
ReAdded: [Select] In DeviceMode, selects the parameter banks.
Added; SceneView now render's clips in Bitwig Studio color scheme.
Added [SCENE + PAD 1-16] In SceneView, stops playing scene clip.

Some annoying things worked out and fixed with the [SELECT] button and device modes.

Pad colors based of track color config! Every config is now project specific. there is a bug with chromatic toggle in the config, so change it with the controller until I get that fixed.

* Fixed [`<`] and [`>`] Device select navigation for all Device bank/page releated modes.
* Changed [`SHIFT + <`] and [`SHIFT + '>'] Now in DeviceMode, pages device pages.
* Changed [`SHIFT + JogWheel`] Now in DeviceMode, pages device pages.
* Changed [`SHIFT + JogWheel`] Now in PresetMode, pages device presets.
* Added Config option to enable/disable Mode change display notifications on the controller.
* Changed; [`SELECT press`] In DeviceMode or DeviceBank modes, selection is temporary.
* Added Project configuration 'Pad Track Coloring', enabled, colors the PlayView, DrumView pads with track color and white octave pad, disabled, default white and blue octave coloring.

MK1

-JogWheel don't work anywhere.
-Shift work only for select second row in scale mod. Don't work for pages in device mod.
-In Track Mode "Param 5" as Send don't work (Other work fine)

At now i can't navigating on "parameter pages". Can only see "fixed sections" pages via "SELECT".

Hey!

Sorry about this but this is what happens when you use alpha stuff.

I had to change some things about the [SELECT] because of a conflict I didn't notice with actual param bank selection.

Hold [SELECT] to choose the param bank you want, once you release it will go to that mode OR it will revert back to Device.

You can only choose pages in DeviceMode [NAVIGATE + Pad1], other modes the SELECT is turned off for future use of other Views.

When in DeviceMode or DeviceBanks modes(Macro etc), SHIFT + Jog OR SHIFT + < > arrows page the device parameter pages.

As far as the TrackMode Param 5, you caught a bug! When I took out the corssfader, I messed up the sends. i will fix this.

No way, I understand you great, keep the errors coming!

Like I said, i don't have an MK1, so you are testing it for all the MK1 users to come.

Let me check on the Jog wheel, so you are saying the SHIFT never works for you in anything described in the changes?

Especially in the I/O panel the settings are hard to make usable ATM.

The MK1 does not have a jog dial nor a enter button... where is the script's shift for the MK1?
Maybe he is using the dead button actually labeled "shift"?

Yesterday I changed and updated it for him, maybe he hasn't updated his template?

In my code I have;

MK1
SHIFT == [A GROUP] button
Jogwheel == (Far left/first dial) MIDI 80 (Which all the controllers are set to)

If this setup doesn't work mrfrankie, I don't know what's going on.

Dom, would shift feel more natural for all controllers on [GROUP D] ? i was wondering about that. Maybe I will make an option where it could be ENTER or GROUP D?
