Hey guys, one of my buddies was curious about Tracktion so I made a little fly-by video. The quality isn't professional (do it for fun and to help out), but if you're interested it might give you some tips on Tracktion. Obviously the program is intuitive and easy to understand if you take time to just get in there, but figured I'd share since it seemed to help him.

I screwed up with recording so this is part 1 of an N part series, just got burnt out trying to fix my mistakes.

Does Tracktion look just a little less than sharp on anyone else's computer? I have this issue on my laptop, even though FL Studio, Ableton and Pro Tools look crystal clear on the same computer.

Looks great but I can't try it because I can't create an account to get the demo.

The website must be broken or something. I tried 3 different email addy's and never got any reply to any of them to register. If one of you guys wants to share the Win demo installer, appreciated.

My thoughts as well. I actually like it. And I don't like the abe's site at all. No comparison imo.

Did they add more videos since yesterday? I can't remember there being a clip layer effects video, but maybe it just didn't render for some reason.

I've been playing around with the demo. It feels very polished, very responsive and I like the new(ish) UI. No crashes so far.

Melda plugins seem to crash it whenever I try and apply a new style.

Bought it this morning and I really like it. I'm very impressed by the start & loading times. While understanding the workflow and features took a while, I love how everything feels snappy.
As far as what I need out of a host, it doesn't seem to miss anything and definitely doesn't feel bloated like others.
No crashes so far and all the plugins I've tried work fine.
And ReWiring it into Reason 8 works great!

Not seeing this here with registered free bundle (32 bit T7 on Win7). Have you got latest versions of Melda plugs?

The page is AWFUL for people with accessibility issues. Not everyone can scroll easily, and page down/up are totally broken.

We could also consider how SLOW it is to scroll and wait for a new page to load..

That's certainly not the only issue though.

I have been having some issues with scanning AU plugins, where it kept getting stuck on Izotope plugins (Ozone 7, plus some of the individual plugins of Ozone 7, as well as some of the RX5 plugins).

I've completed the scan of everything else, but these plugins remain "disabled."

Does anyone know if there is a way to reinitiate the scan of just those "disabled" plugins?

Yep, try it with a resize too, I think maybe that's what's triggering it.
