I have a installer in my google drive for those who want to test it out, note I believe the trial version just pauses sound every 10 seconds i think? idk been a while. I'm not giving out my licence as i've had a couple people on reddit asking haha. Link to google drive below these are trials I believe. You'll need your own Licence file.

Any questions please ask.

It's funny: I was on the fence for however long Enzyme was out. Always demoing and considering during sales but never buying. Now that they are gone I am now on the fence as to whether I should I have been on the fence. That synth always eluded me but my instincts tell me there was something cool there... if only I could have gotten to it...

It was a weirdo for sure. Bought it, used it 10 times and never looked back. Got some good sounds out of it though..

You still have it and like to transfer?
If interested please PM :)

I tried it out for a couple days, but unfortunately I just didn't like it.

Ah well, thanks for your reply anyway :)

Greetings,

In all seriousness, has anyone had any luck tracking down this plugin? I'll buy a license, if there is one up for grabs. I’m on the Computer Music version and while it sounds absolutely fantastic, it kinda sucks that I can’t have access to all parameters. Thanks!

Could we hunt down the people who were involved with the synth? Linkedin shows me 2 persons (hr manager and ceo) but no info since they're "not on my circle".

Also this can be found quickly.

Would be cool if they'd decide to give the synth for the Surge synth team.

John Proctor was the dev. He is now at Apple in Australia, working on music apps.

Honestly, I don't think you missed much. I did end up purchasing it and rarely used it. It had a sort of both harsh and muddy kind of sound to it, that just never sounded great. Good idea, poorly implemented. Maybe CPUs of its time were not up for the task. There are much better and more interesting plugins, these days.

Most definitely harsh. It kinda shines on sounds that more or less imitate stuff like guitars and pianos. Has a very harsh metallic dirty plucks etc. With cutting eq and loads of fx, has very nice electric evolving soundscapes.
