Getting freezes in cubase when adding smartcomp. I’ve seen reports about this happening when the plugin is removed, but for me it happens when I tried to close the project. Anyone else having issues with smartcomp and cubase 10 (pc)?

There's an update available now (1.0.2) which fixes most problems.

You can download it from within Smart:comp ; in settings you'll find "update available".

Clicking in settings I found and installed updates for the following:
sonible_smartcomp_win to v1.0.2
sonible_smartEQ2_win to v1.1.1
I don't see a way to check for updates for the following:
freiraum v1.1.1 (iLok)
proximityEQ+ v1.0.2

Ive been getting this a lot as well, didn't know smart comp was the culprit. This freeze on close crap with cubase has been happening on and off since i bought it at version 8 so i tend to just count my blessings and be glad it hardly ever freezes while im actually working

The new release v1.02 has stopped my Cubase freezes on shutdown.

I am running StudioOne 4 on Win7. The plugin was having major graphics issues with only parts of the UI displaying. I had to upgrade my Intel graphics drivers using this:

Now it is working beautifully. I thought I'd mention it in case anyone has similar issues.

I like this but I want to try the FAST EQ pluggy first before I decide. In see the presets for things like Vocals, etc. but I've been placing this on the Master. Am I doing this wrong? I've been happy with the results.

you can put it on the master for the whole mix but it works great on different channels too, like drums and so on
