Then, on a somewhat dark note: It's been great fun participating and exchanging musical insights and I'll try to keep it up for sure ! :) Due to some potentially very serious health issues, I can no longer be sure if I'll be able to participate again :( . And since just silently leaving feels utterly wrong, I take this opportunity to wish you all well. May happiness follow you wherever you go !
Sorry to hear that. I wish you good luck.

So sorry to hear this. I hope things work out well enough that you still have many years of making and enjoying music ahead of you. Thanks for putting your work out here for us all, I've thoroughly enjoyed listening to it.

Best wishes.

Sorry to hear this @ELEX hope you get well soon and come back, all the best.

Here's my submission for this months Mistress Monique. I now have to go away and tend to my wounds.

I got bored a week ago and made a patch where all the values were 69 just to see what it sounded like and i ended up using it, it sounded like an industrial ghost ride until I dialled it back a bit XD

What a sad news, ELEX, <sigh>,
you write "potentially very serious", I really hope they will not be that serious.

A wholly unintended sequel, somewhat more unruly than it's predecessor, but there you go. It is, of course, also my entry for OSC 141. As for Monique: after a month of marriage, I'm filing for divorce, !

Made using REAPER 6 and Monoplugs' Monique VSTi ( 20 )
and:
JS MIDI Transpose Notes (8) doing the obvious
JS Chebyshev , cutting the highest of highs
TDR Nova as track insert (14 ) for mild highpass filtering and control of peaks ( mostly in the 2-4 KHZ region ),
TAL- DUB II as bus effect for several of instruments
LoudMax, peak limiting on the percussion bus
Oril River (12) 6 pairs of mono instances ( 2 dual mono, 2 early refl. , 2 late refl. )
ReaEQ (3) doing light duties on 2 reverb busses and master
Ozone Imager 2 , for widening on master
Limiter No6 on master

Well, that's very bad to hear. I hope the "potentially" part of that sentence turns into good news.

Sorry to hear ELEX. I don't get a chance to post much, but know that we all appreciate your contributions and wish you all the best.

Sorry for the late entry. Computer wouldn't render without errors.

I only did it once before back in the days with 'Podolski' (osc87) so it was cool to come back 😉

Well, back from the hospital and though things are decidedly less than well, it seems I'm gonna be around for a bit longer yet :phew: , and to start off that bit I'd like to express a most heartfelt
"THANK YOU !!!"
to all those expressing their sympathy. ( And to those who didn't but, felt some all the same ) You're the best !

Gonna try to vote as quickly as i can manage, just in case there's more downtime to follow. Already heard some very impressive stuff earlier ! :tu:

Glad to hear that. Hope the news continues to be, if not ideal, at least survivable and not too debilitating.

@ELEX: Some good news for you. I know what it's like going to hospital for tests when you know there is something not right! The worst bit for me was being made to wait until the end of the queue for the consultant to take me into a small room with my wife to tell me what he found! Not good, but after 6 months off work, lots of medication trial and error (some side effects were awful), and we were considering AZT as a last resort, but I pushed through the side effects on one, and after many months I was finally clear. This was 16 years ago, and no re-occurrence of the nasty thing! Now 70+ and all is well.
