I trashed every UVI Workstation related files from my HD and did a fresh install; I also trashed all three VST Plug-Ins related Cubase Preferences files so it re-scanned the VST plug-ins at the following start, with no effect... UVIWorkstationVST.vst is "blacklisted" again.

No problems with Cubase SX3, and no problems with the standalone and AU versions.
I'm using an iMac G5 running Tiger 10.4.11.

Any ideas? Do I miss something? Is anyone using successfully UVI Workstation with Cubase 4 on Tiger?

Hi,

I just checked with the same version of Cubase with leopard(no 10.4 around)
and UVIWorkstation 1.0.12 and it works fine.

Could you check the version of UVIWorkstation you are running ?

No crash log because it doesn't make Cubase crash, and no Cubase reporting. Please find the Vst2xBlacklist.xml file here:

Unfortunately, this file do not contains any useful information.

You should have a log if you use OSX console (Applications/Utilities/Console)
On the left side, in the Logs column, navigate to ~/Library/Logs, Crash reporter, to something related to Cubase 4.

If you can copy/paste the content of this file and send it to me, it would be great.

For information, Digidesign came back to us regarding the stucked UI issue in Protools 8 on mac and it appears it's a bug in their code, so it will be fixed in the next Protools update.

Hi Olivier.
Just yesterday I bought both Ircam and Elctric toy..But still I don't authorize them..BTW where is the microtuning option in UVI! it is really very important for most of us turkish and middle east and some european musician! most of play engine such kontakt and yellow tools products and play from east west and others has got this future..What about UVI ? Even me I can not work without microtuning!

Automatic processing is being developed.

The process on uvisoundsource(download) is already automatic, so if you bought it on it, that's very strange.

Regarding microtuning, this is something we plan to do, but there is no precise date regarding this.
You can still got this using pitchbend, but I agree, this not very easy to use.

Using pitch bender unpractical solution! there should be a microtuning script..BTW I purchased mine from Time&Space in UK.
