That delivery charge just lost them my money.
I dont care if they will refund the delivery charge, thats just arse business practice.

If you get in touch with Nova Music once the transaction is completed including the shipping payment (which you have to include due to their system even though electronic delivery is used). They say they will either refund the delivery charge if paid on paypal (you must email them with details or include in Paypal transaction message during payment process) or if paying by credit card they say they simply wont put through the delivery charge.

This is the only reason why I haven't gone ahead with the offer but others may decide it's ok.

I went ahead and started to order to see what would happen, but didn't give them my credit card number as I wasn't sure how much they tack on for that extra charge.

How much do they charge for the shipping/delivery?

I am curious to know what Novation has to say...
(I did contact them about the shipping issue, but no feedback yet)

For the v-station:
In the past, I've added a US shipping address to my VISA. If you can enter a u.s. address (maybe try a hotel?), you can choose a free shipping option, so nothing gets added. My order was processed in about 5 minutes yesterday.

and was able to go through with the transaction
