Also it was Christmas + weekend..
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

Just curious to know if anyone else got a major "unsafe" warning about last month's TrackSpark plugin? The loops and other instructional stuff were fine, but the plugin came with some serious warnings from my security filter and I wound up deleting it right away. Just me?Numanoid wrote:Still no info from TrackSpark what the january package will contain?

Somehow I completely missed this one when it came out. It appears to be a really deep and useful scripted instrument:Numanoid wrote:Audiofier SEQui2R holiday sale at $79

It's not SKnote that I'm worried about. I almost NEVER get flags for stuff I download, as I only download legit payware. But SKnote doesn't control this program's distribution--it's in the hands of the Track Spark folk. And while I'm confident their hearts are in the right place, it's quite possible they mucked something up in the re-packaging.Numanoid wrote:I trust SKnote they have been in the plugin game a long timeBERFAB wrote:Just curious to know if anyone else got a major "unsafe" warning about last month's TrackSpark plugin? That said, if I'm the only one getting this notice, I should check the settings on my software a bit closer to see what's up.

I switched from AVAST to Avira for this reason. Kept flagging known-good files as Win32:Evo-gen [Susp].VariKusBrainZ wrote:Im finding AVAST shits itself at just about anything at the moment, loads of stuff I know is legit is getting flagged

What browser were you using when you download the file? Also, if I recall correctly, Track Spark didn't distribute the Sknote software. You had to register for an account on the Sknote site and then send someone from Sknote an email and then they put Polyjam into your account and you downloaded it directly from the Sknote website. No interaction from Track Spark.BERFAB wrote:It's not SKnote that I'm worried about. I almost NEVER get flags for stuff I download, as I only download legit payware.
