Sorry, can't tell you weather it's going to be easy or not. I gave up after the third fruitless attempt to download this file halted at 93%.

Right, I got it now.
Actually I think you should try yourself. It's not that difficult with the right approach. Do you have a host that can cope with audio & midi??
First you have to establish the rhythm of the melody. Do that by placing drum hits. There are several tools at your disposal: draw notes where they are missing, drag notes to set them right on time, etc.
Then for each hit you have to establish what note to play. Set loop markers around a single note (of the original file) so you hear nothing but that single note. Now drag a note up & down until you've hit the same pitch.
This is not any more difficult than painting by numbers. Try it, and be proud you did it yourself!
