Now that Intel will start making cpu's for apple,does that mean that "Logic audio" will return to the PC platform.

no.
Logic runs on Mac OS X, not intel CPU or PowerPC.

if Apple don't develope Logic for PC with Windows
Logic won't be on pc platform.

Well, there's a hacked OSX for X86 machines allready. Whether it'll run Logic or not can't be said so far as there's no Intel version out yet.

According to Apple...no. They'll still use different architecture. Apple have apparently been experimenting with intel on OSX for a few years so that's all the cross over you're getting. Just goes to show the P.C. crowd have been right all along by not getting suckered into buying a label.

No, it just means that Apple evangelist can't use the lame and incorrect argument that Apple/IBM has better CPUs than Intel anymore.
