is there a program that can batch normalize files? i have like 600 audio files (converted tracks from vinyl for final scratch 2) and i need to normalize the whole bunch
i just don't feel like opening a program 600 times and doing one at a time unless it is absolutely necessary...thus any help is appreciated

dbpoweramp. It's free.
Edit: Unfortunately the resulting files will all have the same format, so things will only work if that is the case anyways.

Adobe Audition / Cool Edit Pro can do this very nicely, as well as apply any arbitrary processing to each file in the batch (EQing, whatever).
