Hi,

I have this problem with logic saying something like Out of memory, and something about the undo history getting smaller..

well, I have searched around and only other ones I heard with the same problem seems to have used logic with a ram that is over 1 gb.

But, in my case I use 1gb, that´s what I have and I still get these really anoying messages..

anyone heard something like this before and know what to do?

thanks

isn´t there anyone who knows what this can be?

Well, the reason you aren't getting any replies is because of the fact that Logic for PC has been discontinued for so long that people have been moved onto other hosts. If i'm not mistaken logic has been discontinued for PC since the 90's. Not many people can help because they just don't work with it anymore.

I wish I could help, but your description of the erorr "...something like..." really is not helpful. If you are asking for a solution to your problem, you should always post your question as precisely as possible (best would be with exact error messages or numbers).

Did you try to search the Emagic InfoWeb?

The problem is a 100% bug - and I get it almost every day. The work around is to make sure you have a New empty song loaded, like at startup, then Open the song you are working in - and when it asks if you wish to close the existing song, pick Don't Close. For some reason, this then splits the memory space in two, and thus you can use half your pc's ram for that song. I've found this to be ok, and I'm using my 3Ghz machine to the max with plugins. etc.
