After researching for ways to offer my hands and help for the rebuild of NO I came out frustrated realizing given my own financial status I am unable to help in this way.
At first I never intended to write a track for this, but the musician got the better of me here. It also is the quickest song I ever made where setting up things (batteries/wires) took more time and after a 3 min. false start this was recorded to dat.
This is created with a grammaphone hooked to a 4track which ran through some boss pedals and a tape delay where random loops from an old loop-12" were played. As I was making it I somehow felt walking through a time-frame that runs into the future.
It's too long yet to offer for the Relief CD I feel plus I cannot offer it yet because of the used 12" (mails are sent though)
A lot of blah-blah though for this track (preferably played loud)

Well, that was unexpected. I suppose the description should have given it away, but I wasn't expecting something as visceral as this. This is an excellent noise set, Mark. Really enjoyed.

It was a rather unexpected recording here as well trying out something new here (I realized that through the 4track I was able to hook up this old recordplayer)
Cheers Steve

Thats different. Interesting and unrelenting. Not entirely enjoyable, but not everything should be. I got a big shock when the high-pitched loop comes in around the 3 min. mark.

cheers Thomas
call it on the spot creative noise management
I certainly realize this will not be everyone's cup of tea
[edit]
Must say though when creating this I did so on headphones, I'll try another mastering which may emphasize things a tad more when I have a bit more time (and opportunity to play loud)
