BR - MIDI Part Open

If I use the MIDI Part's open function whilst an existing part is playing/looping then the new part is opened and the previous one disappears but the previous part keeps playing and seems to be completely inaccesible

Can anyone confirm?

yup, i cn reproduce that here - ghost part happily playing in background.
