Loading Asynth in Sonar 4 PE the sound is hard-panned to the left
I have to load it from Energy XT to hear the sound in the centre (anyway, in this case Energy's meter shows the sounds only in the left meter)

Hello!
We dicussed this problem at sonar forum a couple of months ago!
It is right as Antti says. Sonar dont support mono properly. It send the output to left. Sonar is to blame for this.
There are solutions to this. Some wrappers solves the problem. I dont remember the name of the wrapper, but if you search at sonar-forum, I think you will find the name of the wrapper.

Hi Bengt,
Sorry for the delay. We recently required some server maintenance that slowed our access a bit.
Thanks for the reference plug-in. I can reproduce the symptom you've described with this version of Rogue. I don't immediately see a work-around, but I will submit a report so that we can work on the issue. In the meantime here's one option: When you are finished writing a midi track for any synth like Rogue, you can bounce the midi track to audio and then bounce the audio, choosing to split the track to independent right and left audio tracks. Then, you can work with the resulting mono audio track, which will play back correctly out of both speakers, or however you have the track panned.
Best regards,
VST Adapter Support
Cakewalk

yes, I found the thread in the Sonar forum
as I said, now I can use Asynth in Energy XT as workaround
let's see next month how the "native" VST support in Sonar 5 how will deal with all this
ciao

what the the Stalin are you people talking about.
on the audio track(the one opened with your synth) you click the mono button. problem solved.
i can't believe even the cakewalk support guy is clueless about it. some support!
