Does everybody know if lossless formats (APE & FLAC) import is supported by audio software grands?? I'm interested in Steinberg and Cakewalk, maybe you know about others (yes, I even don't hope if ProTools can). I'm interested in plugins or native support.
I've tried to ask Google, but it seems to me, no one else is interested in this topic =\\
I've found the plugin for CoolEdit/Audition, but they don't interest me.
I like FLAC a lot, it looks more professional, and its decoding algorhithms are faster, but I will glad even to find the APE support.

Tracktion has FLAC and Ogg support built-in. Strangely, though, the FLAC is only used when archiving a project, and isn't available as an option when you simply render the track.
I wouldn't be surprised to see that change in future versions, but who knows.

I tried flac with 24bit files, and it didn't work properly?
Doesn't it support 24bit? If it does, would be very nice to have it commonly supported.
