Recording multiple audio tracks at once in FL

I've only ever recorded one track at a time and I was curious how FL handled recording multiple audio tracks at once. When you're done recording do all the audio tracks pop up on the playlist like what happens when you are only recording from one input?

I just want to make sure FL doesn't dump all the audio inputs into one file so they can't be independently tweaked later. I doubt it does, but I just want to make sure.
