I'd like to announce the release of Classic VL Vol.2 and two new bundles.
Classic VL Vol.2 concludes the VL series with 64 new patches and about 54MB of new waves (uncompressed). This bank features wooden and metal flutes, oboes, saxes, horns and sections with falloffs, harmonicas, a few basses and a variety of other sounds made with the unique VL sound engine. The instruments are programmed to be expressive with thoughtful user slider assignments and in some cases, velocity switching. Price: $12USD.
The Classic VL Bundle is both VL banks combined at a slightly lower cost. Some CVL2 layered patches require waves from the CVL1 set. For proper function get them together here. Price: $20USD.
The Everything Bundle was made by customer request. All 13 banks (Classic Moog has 2 banks) are available for a nice savings. This is for the new customer who just discovered Rhino and wants to increase his sound options quickly with 832 patches. Price: $99USD.

Not only good, but Daniel always seems to find something original and useful. The horns and winds here covers an area that I can really use to help fill in the old sample collection. Glad you like. This one took longer than imagined!
What's next? I don't get a minute's rest...? Seriously, I usually try to give you something unique, which requires a large amount of imagination. I may finish the Digital Synth series or do something easy using only the factory waves. Of course, if I get inspired by something else, that will be my direction.
I have a few different styled banks started; which everone inspires most me will get finished first.

Allways I purchase Daniel's Rhino banks with "blind ears". No demos needed. Classic VL2 is as high quality as expected! My disadvantage: I cannot wait for bundle prices; I must have the new bank immediately. Now the total number of presets for Rhino is going to 2000.

these VL sounds are a bit of a strange lot
some are much more successful 'real' sound than others -- some are those really cheesy old school sounds
when Daniel combines waves it can really get interesting The VL set is somewhat similar to what rgc:audio is doing with Dimension (within the Cakewalk Project 5 product) it's especially similar in bringing 'real' as well as odd combo layers of wavs
