VSTHost plugin to aid Live preformance

I wrote a plugin to aid live preformance for VSThost version 1.32 and up.

The newer versions of vsthost have a scene change configurable to a midi port and channel that takes program changes.

I wanted to be able to change instrument patches without loading new scenes when I send a program change from my controller(s). I also wanted to use the new scene change feature.

So I wrote a plugin that will look for a controller input (I use data Increment 96 but can be any controller number) then wait for a patch change on the selected channel and remap the channel to the new channel. I also incorperated a transpose feature press the controller button then a note
instant transpose C4 now is transposed to the note you pressed.

This is a great aid to me in live situations.

I also wrote a gain plugin so I can control the volume of plugins that don't respond to Volume controlers (like 4front piano) and the host does not map CC's to mixer controls (Like vsthost).
