Whats a good program that allows you to change and record a song to a set tempo?
I use N.I. Traktor now, but for some reason it always records at a much slower tempo than I tell it to. I also use Steinberg WaveLab but the sound quality isnt the best.

Ableton Live is excellent for tempo automation.

In Pro-Tools, it's a doddle. Cubase makes it a bit more complex, but you can have each track at its own individual tempo and time signature, which is pretty cool.
