easy ... MOST of us are honest here but its prolly not a good idea to post stuff like order references / serial numbers up in public

Sorry, but we've received no mails from you at all. What address did you send it to?

There have only ever been two versions of Tau Pro released. Since you purchased prior to July 2nd 2001 its possible that you might need an update, but only if you totally ignored mails from us telling you to download it at the time

Anyone who thinks they need this can get it from:
www.muon-software.com/customers/tau_pro_updater.zip

This self-extracting patch file will automatically analyse your version of Tau Pro and check to see if it can be updated. If the patch doesn't work, you have the current version already and there are no further updates applicable to your product.

PS - we usually ask for your address to match off against the serial number when you contact us, but you shouldn't really post them on forums. I've blanked it out in your post.
