Keyboard training software

I'm pretty much self-taught, and I've been told by more than one "real" pianist that I taught myself wrong.

I can fool a good number of people a goodly amount of the time, but I know that I have some limitations in my playing in terms of finger dexterity in my left hand a few other basic areas.

I was wondering if someone could suggest some good teaching software that would help me drill and perhaps overcome some of these limitations.

I got the blues piano tuts with BIAB some many years ago and learned to play a reasonable riff or 2. I did not practice and kept it up, so got out of it lately.

A bit of theory could also always come in handy. For that you can simply google. There is more than plenty for free around.
