Got to meet up with a number of the guys from FXPansion at AES, which was pretty nice of them as they had one of the more busier booths at all of AES!

mm_fx gave me a great demonstration of Guru which has had me hooked on the demo ever since!

That night after the convention closed, Mayur, Adam, and Steve all braved the elements and came out for some drinks at a little restaurant in the Chelsea/SoHo area. Despite the torrential rain and gale-force winds I think we all had a good time

Thanks! It was cool of you to come down from Boston to hang out. And no I won't forget that crazy night in a hurry :p

It was cool to also meet up with Funkybot and Electro at the show.. good time was had all round.

Yeah let me say thanks again too. Too bad I didn't get a chance to take you guys out for drinks, but there's gotta be another convention in New York sometime (raincheck?). It's a damn shame the weather was so bad, the convention was just scheduled during the worst possible time as we normally don't get rain like this (hasn't stopped raining yet). In fact I think all the walking to and from the Javitt's center gave me the nasty cold I now can't shake, but yeah, thanks for the passes, and next time you're in the area I'm definately taking you guys out for drinks; we can try and get Squids to come out too.
