Lallapallooza Delay

Can anyone recommend a simple delay that is similar to that found on Buzroom's Lallapalooza Lite synth? It's really simple but I find it very effective in bringing out a quasi reverb type effect. I especially like the way you can pan individual feedbacks and set volume levels for each. THANKS!
