Hi
I have lost all my cookies and hence my password for FL/Sytrus etc. Software still working fine, I have my User ID, but I cannot update from the Image Line site, and I don't know how to ask them for a new password without, er, having a password.
Sorry to bother you guys with this - any ideas?

what do you mean?...All you have to do is email them and they make sure you payed and then send you your new regcode. simple

they should yes, you basically deal with front office (go through fl's homepag>support)...really a good bunch there, quick in responding and always helpful...
