Is there a mid frequency resynthesis plugin?

Ok I've found many Hi and Low freqency resythesis plugins to fix up truncated mp3 highs and lows, but I've yet to find 1 that does the same for the mid freqs. If anyone knows of 1 let me know plz..

Low end plugs (problem! they only go up to 100khz max):
