Is it me or the minimoog V from arturia sucks more CPU in FL than in eXT ?

never used fl, but the minimoog v did suck cpu in general (on sonar 4 and tracktion). that's why i never got past the demo. i'm now using minimogue (lowest cpu) and minimonsta. i guess minimogue doesn't sound as "authentic" as either minimonsta or minimoog v, but 1) i never owned an original moog, so i don't care, 2) i don't have very good ears anyway, so i don't care. but i keep the minimonsta around cuz it can do more stuff and i like gmedia in general.

if you share either of the above physiological traits, consider a switch to the minimogue. if you share trait 1 but not trait 2, consider a switch to the minimonsta.

that's my 2.336 yen (based on today's exchange rates).

Altho' Minimoog V is hungry for cpu, indeed, eXT is running it more smoothly than FL! No wonder anyway.. check out eXT's size, and FL's size, it's audio engine, etc...

FL processes in smaller buffers, and some plugins don't like it, that's all.
