Hi all,
I was just wandering how (if its possible) you delete the "Recent Projects" list in Cubase SX , I cant find a thing about it in the manual.
Thanx

I took a sawtooth wave off this Pantomime4, looped it back, mixed it with the sound of this crab committing suicide and let it stew in its own reverb for about 3 hours, then I pumped it all out through this shoe to give it that oak'y timbre.

Sorry mate, but I haven't found how to do this. I search in the windows registery, and in files on the hard drive, but I couldn't find where this information is stored.

Well, thanx for trying anyway Sebby
I did a search of the registry too as thats where I can clear the "recent files" lists in most programs like Adobe Audition etc but cant find anything similar for Cubase. Its slightly irratating when youve finished with a bunch of projects in cubase but they are still there in the recent projects list..oh well its not a big deal..by the way, I dont want to delete the recent projects list all together just clear it out so its empty when I start on some new projects
anyone else got any ideas?

Well, try this : on your hard disk find
C:\Documents and Settings\(user name here)\Application Data\Steinberg\Cubase SX 3\defaults.xml
At the bottom of the xml file, you will find under
<member name="GRecentDocumentPaths"> you recent file paths.

weird, I think I did a search for file containing text (the text being the name of one of my recent projects file) in this directory too, but I didn't return anything. Oh well, maybe I missed this directory.
Good info, thanks Gonzo.
