Which Native pack? Native just means non-TDM. The main Waves bundles are Gold, Masters, Platinum, and Diamond.
I doubt you'll come away from this thread with a clear answer, although I think you'll get more responses in favor of the Project Pak here. I have Waves Platinum and use it all the time. I got it for $1200 though, which would be pretty hard to match currently. If you have a fast computer you will certainly get more plug-in instances with Waves than a single UAD PCI card, but I'm sure people will chime in regarding the quality of either versus the other. I'd imagine they both have their strengths and weaknesses in this area.
