After having beat my head on the desk reading through the manual for Live 5, I have not been able to solve how to assign aftertouch or pressure values on my Radium 61 or Trigger Finger. I have been told that you have to do this inside of Live, not through the actual hardware.
What I want to do is assign a drum sample to a particular key or pad on either device, and then when I apply increased pressure, have the aftertouch control a low pass filter, reverb or delay effect amount.
How the heck would I do this?
I know it can be done, because on M-Audio's website, there is a video talking about Trigger Finger and this exact setup is shown to work really well with a snare sound...Any help would be greatly appreciated, short of calling tech support!
