Help with SONAR midi sync compensation

I just got my Sonar 5 SE and I'm having troubles setting up the midi sunc compensations right.

I'm syncing my external gear with it but there's a 36ms lag on the recorded audio.

Is there a way to compensate for this?


edit: I'm also noticing some fluctuations on the midi syncing. Is this normal?

ok founf dit. But the midi timing keeps changing. I'm finding it pretty unstable. Same behavior there? Any turnarounds?
