Hi All
Im doing a big intro thing for a radio/music
event. I made a big ass monster drone, it works
realy well, lotta tension and the test persons
really got hyped.
Now, it's long - 5 minutes. And to further enhance
the hype I would like some sort of vocal countdown.
The usual space type stuff. I need
"t minus 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minutes" and the
second count from "31 sec autosequence start"
I been all over NASA's homepage but couldnt find
the right usable sound.
Anyone know where I should look ?

I found a couple at Alta Vista that seemed OK. What didn't you like about them, so I can get a better idea of what you are looking for.

Actually there was a usable countdown in the apollo11 file you linked to.
What would be really cool is the full count from about 5 minutes. I found
this on NASA's homepage. This is an edit, lots of things to do before
launching the shuttle
Something along these lines would be perfect.
T-05M00S GO FOR Auxillery Power Start
T-04M55S VERIFY RANGE SAFETY SYSTEM & ARM DEVICE ARMED
T-04M30S MAIN FUEL VALVE HEATERS OFF
T-04M00S INITIATE Space Shuttel Main engines PURGE SEQUENCE 4
T-03M30S INITIATE Main propoluison systen
T-03M03S VERIFY BODY FLAP TO LAUNCH POSITION
T-03M00S SELECT AFT FUSELAGE SAMPLE LINE
T-02M55S INITIATE External Tank LOX PRESSURIZATION T-01M00S T-1 MINUTE GROUND POWER REMOVAL
T-00M31S GO FOR AUTO Sequence start
T-00M20S 20 SECONDS
T-00M15S 15 SECONDS
T-00M13S VERIFY LH2 HIGH POINT BLEED VALVE CLOSED
T-00M10S 10 SECONDS
GO FOR MAIN ENGINE START
T-00M6.6S MAIN ENGINE 3 START COMMAND
T-00M6.48S MAIN ENGINE 2 START COMMAND
T-00M6.36S MAIN ENGINE 1 START COMMAND
T-00M00S T-ZERO Solid Rocket Booster IGNITION
