From the FAQ.
Q: If I purchase any software from your site will I be able to get any upgrades?
A: No, sorry.
No tech support is given by the manufacturer.
No updates.

WTF, how can someone get away with running a site that sells illegal versions of software?

Easy until they're caught.

I recommend trying to find someone to inform of it. Leaving aside all piracy issues, one issue that makes me want to tear my hair out is pirates/thieves profiting from the stuff they've taken. I cannot stand watching people charge for something that they spent no effort to get at all, taking money from people who don't know any better or who should know better.

Don't let go of it, follow it up. That's what I'd do!

It looks like a legitimate site to me. But obviously it isn't. I suppose the site owner deverves something for the effort put into running the site.

I don't know for sure, but I believe it may not be a good idea as it can indirectly promote the site.

Directing the developers to it would be a great idea I bet - especially if it's Rene of RGC Audio. He's got a very strong opinion on pirates and the like :D. This way you can also find out from them if it's legitimate or not (though I do doubt it).
