Is there any app that can loop back ASIO output to ASIO input channels?

What I want to do is:
I want to use Ableton Live and Ninjam at the same time. The output of Ableton Live should be led to the Ninjam input AND to my soundcard's output. The output of Ninjam should also be led to my soundcard's output.

Any way of doing this? If it is possible, how?
