Post Musical Instruments (http://www.postpiano.com) has a new carillon sample set and there is a group buy on that has hit the 50% off mark.

i haven't heard the carillon but i own several of the pianos and they are first-rate.

..don't know how good it is but Tweakbench has an instrument named just that...
