Cubase: differences between PC and Mac?

Does anyone here know of any differences?

I use Cubase VST32 5.0 on a PC.
I have used the same program at college on a Mac and the whole operation and interface is different.
Can anyone tell me if files are transferable.
If I save a project at home (to CD) and take it in to the Mac, will I be able to work from it?

Yes ... well they should be anyway, I know with SX2 you can transfer between ... give it a try and find out!
