I loaded a new set of patches and lost the default ones

Tim or anyone that can help me,

I just found and downloaded Tim's second bank for the M42 and loaded into the Nebula. Some of the patches will be extremely useful while others kick butt.

Unfortunately, I tried to re-load the default patch set in and it tells me it's for a different vsti. No matter what I do, the only patches that load now is the new second patch set.

Please someone inform me what is wrong. I had the M42 installed perfectly with no problems - and never loaded in a different patch set - always the one that came as default on the M42 v1.1

Hi Mike

That is very strange..but sounds like you are tring to load ver1.0 patches into ver 1.1

BUT

to get back to the default patches, somply reload the plug and the default patches are back

ok - so do I have to reload the plugin EVERY time I wish to load in a new bank of presets to get the default banks back???? I'll keep trying different things to see if something works.

or..try this. After loading the plugin, save the default bank ( as FXB) with a new name to your drive. Then it will be there whenever you need the default bank back

That sounds like it will work. Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I may not be posting any of my music here any more - it seems people just want to knock you down and I really don't have the time for that. However, I love your vsti and you have been a very gracious host - so that you for your time and your expertise, talent and skill.
