Currently I own the Komplete 2 bundle from native instruments. Does anyone feel that it is worth upgrading to Komplete 3?

One of the applications I most interested is KONTAKT - moving from version 1 to version two - is KONTAKT 2 worth the upgrade?

ALSO: how does Komplete 3 work with DP 4.61 and also Logic 7.11?
