My question is:

How to create in this tracktion a brand new midi track, that i can edit, write on it, compose etc.

I bought a new pc, on the old one i just recorded some midi, and then edited them, but now i have no midi inputs, nothing appears(gigabyte mainboard with ac97 builtin audio). I know, there is the way, that i can import other midi file, delete all and write newshits, but this sounds stupid.

You need to configure your inputs in the settings page first. If there are no midi input on your computer, you can just create a midi clip in a track and draw the notes right on there. Also, in Tracktion there's no such things as dedicated midi or audio tracks: record, draw or import midi on a track and it's a midi track, record or import audio on a track and it's an audio track; simple but powerfull concept, especially when you consider that you can route any track to any other track with one mouse click (and further mess with the routing using racks).

i feel like an idiot...it is all in the help:

"Select the track you want to add the clip to, and in the track's properties, there is a button marked 'insert a new clip'. This will insert a new midi (or audio) clip at the cursor position, which you can then trim to the size you need."

thanks a lot, writing here makes me smarter :)
And i fixed this with midi-imput too - with midiyoke!
Thanks again
