Some days ago I bought a triple album from Musicload.de. The song files are encoded in DRM protected .wma-files. Every song had to be downloaded separately! :dog: But I couldn´t download 7 songs of 60, because these sites weren´t available. Complaining about this in various e-mails, I only got standard replies which didn´t solve this problem. After 3 days insisting that it must be a server problem on their side, they finally told me they will investigate the problem. They are trying to solve the problem since 2 days without a solution until now. :(

Another point is, that only Windows Media player 9 and 10 can burn these protected files. And that´s not very comfortable. Sometimes Media Player is crashing when playing a song. And it needs up to 10 seconds for beginning to play one of these songs, because of checking the DRM rights. :bang:

Considering the time amount for downloading all songs, for writing the various e-mails, for burning the CDs and to make the booklet, I know now that this was the last time I bought some downloadable music via the internet. For all this annoyance I had to pay 15 Euro. If I would have bought the album from Amazon, I would have payed only 10 Euro more. What an :idiot: I was.
