Anyone? I need to sample some banks off of a keyboard and want to know the best way to go about it.

Program a sequence of notes in your sequencer. Depending on how accurately you want to sample, this could be anything from an ascending scale of fifths at one velocity, all the way to every note of the scale at multiple velocities.
Then set it to play, and record the output of the synth (either back into the DAW or to an external device).
I'd recommend turning off effects on the synth unless they are vital.
If you have loads of sounds to do, you could program them in as patch changes and get the sequencer to run through them overnight, for example.
Then you'd have to manually split up and edit the samples back into a multisample for your sampler of choice.
There is a commerical program called Autosampler that does this automatically, and I think builds the multisamples automatically as well.
