I've got a few CD Audio sample CDs that I've picked up from Sounds Online and a few other places when they went on clearance. (Yeah, I'm cheap.) Is there any quick way to convert them to WAV (splitting tracks to samples and trimming out the silence.)
Thanks in advance!

I use a combination of audiograbber and waveknife. You dont get looping or anything but its a quick way to rip and slice...then you add the final touches later with your choice of wave editing software.

I haven't found an automatic ripping tool that will save out individual samples from tracks.
Unless I have thousands to do in one session (which is never), I find it's easier to just rip the track or at least the portion of it and then chop it up in an audio editor.
