check out some linear phase eqs like algorithmix, plpareq, curve-eq and waves linear. for compressors, maybe have a look at psp mastercomp...

if you are looking for EQ - Waves Lin or something of its class. But they are REALLY expensive.

For Compressor - hard question. because of some characteristics of the work with dynamics, it's really bad idea for comp to be really transperant. But... try with some good mastering comp, thaht's the best possibiluty.

Well... may be you dont search for a transperant verb lol lol
