Hmm, thanks for the heads up, spillway...

But did I miss the link for those of us who ordered Samp 2 before Jan, 2005? I see the various prices for what is described as a limited time offer, though they don't tell us when the offer begins or ends!

Oh well, back to waiting...

I seem to recall Squids saying that if you bought 2XL from esoundz you would get the new sounds automatically. A little confused, should I fill in the form at IK or not?

Ive got a question about it myself. I purchased the 2XL upgrade but my license shows 2L, so Im not exactly sure how i go about getting the new soundsets as i cant fill out the request form.

IIRC Squids/esoundz will take care of this "usertype" (like me) automatically.

Well, it appears that I timed my ST2 XL purchase just right. I had ordered it and esoundz didn't ship it the next day. I called and they told me they were waiting on new stock and that it was going out that day. Had a little shipping glitch (which, as always, they took care of) and so today I found out it was because it was the new 2.1!

Man, you gotta love esoundz!

I got Miro last week and haven't been able to stop playing with it now I'm going to have the new ST2XL tomorrow...oh, I can see there will be little to no sleep on this vacation

Got a reply from IK support. The sounds only DVD's are still being prepared. They should be available in Jan '06.

There is a sounds only upgrade on their site but that is for owners of previous versions.. not v2.x

I am not sure. It might be something you can get direct. However, one thing we will do is assist in getting these discs to the people who bought ST2XL from esoundz. But, all of that has to be done directly with support@esoundz.com and not on the forum.

Yes, if anyone orders SampleTank 2 XL or L on www.esoundz.com they WILL receive the boxed 2.1 version with the DVDs. That's all we have in stock now so you can't miss. We'll send out an email to all of our customers who have purchased ST2 L or XL from esoundz around mid-next week about the details on how to get the update sound discs.

Looks like the Sounds Only upgrade DVD's are available on the ST site... although the XL upgrade has no price available in UK but there is one for the USA.
