mdsp Classic tools update: GUI + MacOSX port

All the classic tools are now available for both windows and macosx.
with a dedicated GUI.
And there's a new plugin: DuckVerb, similar as DuckDelay but with a reverb.

but you're right, they've been announced for so long, it's ridiculous
pixelize is done, freezer and whisperizer too,
cell needs some tweeking, shift is too heavy on cpu,
some are not done at all.

Damn, I didn't even spot these before.. Many thanks for these and making them xplatform - I try to use as little single platform stuff as possible for portability so this is great!

Thanks mdsp, they look and sound great
However it seems DuckVerb doesn't like Sonar 5, I've tried with Cake's own adapter as well as with DirectiXer, but it crashes the moment you insert it.
