FR for LS: line at drop position

as we all agreed that it's not necessary to have a "real" visual representation of the slice while dragging, i thought of a little helpful addition for arranging with dnd.

it would be handy especially when not using the snap that a line is drawn in the arranger as long as lmb is hold so we can see where the event would be inserted when dropping.


i made this FR before somewhere, but as ohm asked for it i thought to make an own thread for this to keep things simple and clear.
